Top-quality laminate worktops allow built-under sink installation – a particularly attractive solution. In this modern form of installation, there is virtually no visible or tangible transition between the sink and the worktop. A cast resin bed protects the worktop edge from the intrusion of liquids. This special procedure implemented by LEICHT makes built-under sink installation possible for virtually every fitted stainless steel sink. LEICHT has laminate worktops and panels available in thicknesses of 17, 30, 40 and 60 mm in the same colours as virtually all plain coloured kitchen fronts. This enables kitchen planners to design cubic-looking islands and unit groups with a front flush worktop thus catering to today’s modern kitchen architecture.

The laminate worktops used by LEICHT consist of several layers of resin and paper and are manufactured in a high-pressure procedure. The decor paper is protected from mechanical impact by a transparent overlay. LEICHT offers an extensive range of laminate worktops to suit all kitchen fronts. In different thicknesses of 1.7 and 3, 4 and 6 cm. Laminate worktops permit flush inset sinks.
